During the Xmas Holiday season 2013, I went to Gold N Heart on the recommendation of a friend. I had a need for two custom rings to be made from my departed husband's horseshoe ring for my sister-in-law and myself. After 3 1/2 weeks of working with a "chain" jeweler at Northridge Mall, I was quoted a ridiculous price for the work to be done and completed by Xmas.
